Thank you to everyone that took part in the IOW Ultra Challenge – we are delighted to announce that we have raised £25,000!
Participants were able to take on the full island challenge of 104km or a shorter distance of either 52km or 26km. We had over 20 people doing the event, including patients and our lovely CNS’s, all of whom tested themselves both physically and mentally with the challenge they took on. A big thank you to everyone that took part and also to those that gave up their weekend to support the walkers. A special mention to Michelle Moorhouse who was not able to walk but enthusiastically supported her team of friends and colleagues (led by Heather Harding), as well as everyone else in the PLANETS team and was a welcome smiling face at the end!
